Individual Therapy
One-on-one counseling with a trained therapist who works under the clinical oversight of a licensed clinician. We address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other challenges in a safe, supportive environment.
Telehealth Services
Connect with a therapist from the comfort of your home. Our secure telehealth platform makes it easy to access care on your schedule, without transportation barriers.
In-Person at Partner Sites
We provide services at trusted community organizations, schools, and local settings—so you can access care in a place you already know and trust.
